My name is Justin QUINN Hugill, I am the Executive Chef/Owner, and Traveling Culinary Artist here at QUINNtessential Chef.

The mission of QUINNtessential Chef is to take you on a culinary tour that is designed specifically for you.  If there is one thing I have learned over the last 20+ years being in and out of professional kitchens it is that everyone’s taste-buds dance to the beat of a different drum.  This slide show is just an example of the drum beat that I dance to, I even put the soundtrack together for it.
